Privacy Policy
PAM FOREST ("we") operates the Webimation service at webimation.app (the "Service"). We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and the terms below.
1. What we collect and how

2. Why we use it
- To respond to beta applications and enquiries, and to prepare and present a demo for the website you submitted
- To improve the Service through aggregate statistics that do not identify individuals
3. How long we keep it
Application and enquiry data is kept for one year after its purpose is fulfilled and then deleted without delay. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it immediately. Automatically collected data is aggregated and the raw records are deleted within 90 days. Data we must retain under law is kept for the period the law requires.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share personal data with third parties unless you consent or the law requires it.
5. Processors and international transfer
We use the provider below to run the Service. Your data may be stored outside Korea as a result.

6. Your rights
You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or suspend the processing of your personal data. Write to cs@pamforest.com and we will act without delay and tell you the result.
7. Deletion
Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered; paper is shredded or incinerated.
8. Security
Only authorised staff handle personal data, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and access to storage is controlled.
